There are many different ways to describe what a care package is. You can call it a "care package", a "survival package" or a "goodie" box. Basically a care package is a package you put together full of food, clothing, or necessities that you send out to your loved one while they are away from home or out on deployment.
No matter what name it goes by, it is "Love in a Box"!
Here are a few examples of what you can put in a Care package.

DO NOT SEND ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO PRODUCTS!!!!!!

One thing I did with my daughter was, I bought her a camcorder with an LCD screen, it takes the same C-VHS tape as the camcorder I have. Now we both video tape the things we do and send the tapes to each other. I bought her camcorder on uBid.com, so is was not as expensive as buying it at a regular store.
